Registration Procedure

The registration form can be downloaded here. Please register by one of the following methods:

(1) Via internet Online Registration
(2) by fax at (852) 2816 2293
(3) by mail

Please send the completed registration form and a crossed cheque payable to "The University of Hong Kong" with the appropriate fee to the Congress Secretariat.

Payment Method

All payments are to be made in US or HK Dollars by either bank draft (US$) or Cheque (HK$) payable to "The University of Hong Kong". Payment should be sent with the completed registration form to the Congress Secretariat. On-site registration may be paid in cash, cheque or traveller's cheques.


Registration and Schedule

Registration will begin on Wednesday, 12 November 2008 at Reception Area, G/F, William MW Mong Block, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine. The schedule is as follows:

12 November 2008, Wednesday 11:30 am - 5:00 pm
13 November 2008, Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
14 November 2008, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


Official Receipt

An official receipt will be issued upon payment of the registration fee. Please present the official receipt at the registration desk to obtain your registration package.


Entitlement

Full registration delegates will be entitled to:
- participate in all scientific sessions
- visit the Exhibition
- sandwich lunch
- coffee and tea during the morning and afternoon breaks
- receive a set of official publications
- attend the Opening Ceremony

Day registration delegates are entitled to:
- participate in scientific sessions on the day
- visit the Exhibition
- sandwich lunch
- coffee and tea during morning and afternoon breaks
- receive a copy of the Final Program


Cancellation of Registration

Provided notification of cancellation is received on or before 10 October 2008, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations received after 10 October 2008.
