Free Paper Sessions

These Free Paper Sessions are allocated 10 minutes (8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion) for each speaker. Since the program is tight, presenters of papers are earnestly requested to adhere to the allocated time.

Abstracts

Abstracts for State-of-the-Art Lectures, Symposia, Educational Symposia and Free Paper Sessions are numbered and arranged consecutively by sessions. All abstracts are printed at the end of this Program Book.

Posters

All presenters are requested to put up their posters at Foyer, G/F, William MW Mong Block, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 12 November 2008.

All posters are available for viewing on Wednesday - Friday, 12 - 14 November 2008.

Meeting Room Facilities & Audio-Visual Aids

Meeting rooms are equipped with facilities of computer for powerpoint presentation and a laser pointer.

The materials for each presentation should be submitted 2 hours before the presentation to the Audio-Visual Centre.

The exhibition is at Exhibition Area and Foyer, G/F, William MW Mong Block, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine and is open during the Congress hours.
